This policy explains how Timeless Moments collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, customize a sculpture, submit a reference photo, or place an order.
Information we collect
We may collect contact, delivery, order, payment-status, customization, support, device, and website-usage information. Payments are processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider; we do not receive complete payment-card details.
Reference photographs
Photographs are used only to design, review, produce, and support your commissioned sculpture. They are stored privately and are not published, used in advertising, or shared publicly without separate permission.
How we use information
We use information to fulfill orders, create proofs, provide support, prevent fraud, operate the website, meet legal obligations, and—only with the applicable consent—measure advertising performance.
Sharing
We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers supporting ecommerce, payments, website hosting, analytics, delivery, and production. We do not sell customer photographs or personal information.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
