Refund & Remake Policy
Every Timeless Moments sculpture is personalized and made specifically for one customer. Please review this policy before approving your digital proof.
Personalized orders
Because each sculpture is custom-made, orders cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind after production begins.
Proof approval
Production starts after you approve the digital sculpt proof. Your approval confirms the composition and personalization shown in that proof.
Damage or production defects
If a sculpture arrives damaged or has a confirmed production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. After review, we will provide one free remake of the affected piece.
Delivery issues
Report missing, incorrect, or materially damaged packages promptly. We may require delivery documentation or carrier information to investigate.
