Timeless Moments sculptures are made to order. Delivery timing begins after proof approval, not when the initial order is submitted.
Production
Your artist prepares a digital proof for approval before production. After approval, hand-finishing typically takes approximately 5 business days.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, prices, taxes, and estimated transit times are shown at Shopify Checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or address issues.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
International orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
