Custom artwork
You confirm that you have permission to provide every submitted photograph and to commission artwork based on it. You retain rights in your original photograph; Timeless Moments may use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Proofs and production
Digital proofs are representations of the proposed sculpture. Handmade finishing and physical materials can result in reasonable differences in texture, color, scale, or small details.
Prices and orders
Prices, shipping, taxes, availability, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be safely, lawfully, or accurately fulfilled.
Acceptable submissions
Do not submit unlawful content or photographs you do not have permission to use. We may reject a submission that violates rights, law, or our service requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
